The property was in a bad state of repair, carets were torn, ceilings had mould, furnitures were damaged and bathroom was horrible. Literally had to perfom acrobatic manoeuvres in the shower, as the shower head would only spray out water sideways. And hot water was only available between 8am and 6pm. After that, you have to ask reception for hot water. Certainly not the 5 star hotel is claims to be.

The hotel is in a goo but location in Sylhet but needs updating. The beds are not that comfortable but the WIFI has been improved.
