We only stayed here for somewhere to sleep between connecting flights, and it was OK for that purpose.

Must be newly renovated. It was super quiet and comfortable. Beds were comfy, room was clean and nothing was broken. We did not have daily housekeeping but we didn’t mind it at all. Metro is a bit of a walk (20mins) but tram was a 5min walk. We preferred the tram. We were concerned from the prior reviews but at checkin, since our room was available, they let us check in at 10am. Everything was super smooth and staff was great. I would stay here again.

Hotel was exactly as advertised: clean, simple, inexpensive. Easily walkable to the tram or bus, walkable to NATO and Eurocontrol. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh bread and croissants.

The only issue with this hotel is the room for family specially the upper bed is not safe specially for families with small children, secondly there is not electric kettle in the room as i needed hot water for babies' milk .

There are NO hair dryers in the room. When I inquired at the front desk I was told all the hairdryers were "checked out" with other guests. The vending machine did not dispense coke light. There is no restaurant on site. You have to walk to another hotel down the street. Rooms are bare but the bed was comfortable. Biggest compliant: NO HAIR DRYER in the room.

Upon arrival I was kept waiting for about 8mins as the receptionist what seemed like a FaceTimed call.
The rooms are small and have a tiny window and the sound isolation is non existent…you can hear as people walk by in the corridor. The AC was not working either and it was hot and stuff all night.
The only good thing is they had an express check out, so you can leave asap!
