There was a d8sturbing event on the evening of 6 April. An adult male lay on the floor near the restaurant yelling for about ten or fifteen minutes. Others were trying to talk to him w8th little effect. Why didn’t security handle this more quickly and discreetly.

Good location if you just need a place close to airport. The shuttle at arrival was confusing as when I called the person couldn't tell me where/number to wait under...But was convenient to use in AM. Staff was nice and easy to check in. I had asked a question on Hotel.com "contact property" but never got a reply. But still a good place to stop for airport Lodgings

Area was close to airport and they offered a free shuttle starting at 6 AM. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Would stay again given convenience to airport.

Decent hotel close to the Brussels airport. However, everything needs to pay, including early check-in, parking, and even weighing your luggage. The hotel food is expensive, and there is not many options close by unless you go back to the airport for dining. Still, the facility is quite new and the room is spacious and well-equipped.

The hotel itself and staff are great.
Its the location. Just a but too far to walk. Shittle service good but starting only at 6 am. Thats not good for most early flights. Taxi costs about 20neurp for 5 minutes. Flat fee. Hmmmmm

je suis PMR et je suis déçu par l'accompagnement pour les personnes qui, comme moi, ont des difficultés à se déplacer
- transfert: impossible de gravir la marche du bus qui est très haute
-sur place: de nombreux passages avec borne trottoirs et pas de pente douce en dehors de l'arrivée voiture à l'entrée
-inscription: aucun siège dans la file d'attente. Si on va s'asseoir, on perd sa place
en plus: j'ai bu UNE bière au bar; il m'a été facturé 17 euros. Conclusion: la prochaine fois j'irai loger ailleurs

I like the location of this hotel. Very close to the airport and train station which is underneath the airport complex. I choose this hotel because of the convenient and free airport shuttle.
The hotel is nice and clean. The staff very kind and helpful. The hotel has a small restaurant. My stay was very pleasant.
