The Sheraton Brussels Airport hotel never fails to impress. An excellent little hotel geared for business travelers but also is ready for families with spacious rooms for three (or more). Nice restaurant. Excellent steak.

This is by far the best airport hotel I have stayed at. The access to the airport is fantastic, and I never heard a single plane flying overhead my entire stay. Restaurant had great breakfast and dinner options, too. Only downside is if you want to travel into Brussels or to any other restaurants, you'll have to take a train.

Staff tried to open our door twice around 11PM while we were sleeping apparently to “check the room”. Fortunately we had the mechanical lock engaged so the door only opened slightly. Other than that no problems at all. Clean, modern hotel with great water pressure.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside Brussels airport.
The room was clean, but seemed dated, and looked like it needed renovation/ remodeling.
Bathroom also seemed dated, with a narrow bathtub.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was responsive and the four members of the morning cleaning staff greeted me very cheerfully.
The minor annoyance was that my shower cycled about every 20 seconds between cold and hot.

Late checkout: maid knocks at door at 12 noon, again at 1 PM even though informed that we were sleeping. At 1.30 PM I had to go out of the room to tell to stop making noise in the room next door. Nasty front desk manager insisted on charging me for this terrible service and inconvenience.

The room and check in was fine - no problems. But we went to the restaurant for dinner and that's something we'll never do again. We've been in Belgium for 10 days so understand the pace of service and are fine with that. But here it was really terrible. It was clear no one cared about taking our order - bringing our drinks or food - it took an hour just to get a salad. If there's a next time, we'll be sure to eat before we arrive.
