前台是冷冰冰地那种礼貌，感觉很难描述，让人挑不出毛病，但是又不太舒服。几个白人工作人员（也可能是顾客，看到其出入酒店办公区域）在晚餐自助就餐的时候非常吵闹，完全没有尊重其他住客的意思。吃的种类多，口味也还可以。check out当天早上吃早餐，看到一位住客很不高兴，因为他只吃清真食物，酒店早餐提供的肉类全部都是猪肉，尴尬。酒店干净，设施齐备。这点没的说。碰到的清洁工和餐厅waiter都挺好的。

Rooms are fine, and good location.
But the major drawback is the restaurant. Quality is fine, but lower than expected for such a hotel. Buffet are fine, but nothing that really makes you willing to go for dinner.
A la carte are ok, but takes a long time to arrive.
However all personnel are very nice, and always ready to help.

The room was fine. The restaurant was limited in options. The service was poor. The helpers and servants need training in hospitality. They should not look to rush customers and clients to grab their handbags and close doors for them.

This hotel did not inform guests about amenities that were not available during our stay. The manager was extremely combative when confronted with the issue that advertised amenities (such as the pool) were not available for guest use. The rooms are extremely loud due to being able to hear everything in the room next door.
While amenities can sometimes not be available, this was all made worse by the way management handled the situation, which included lying to us about what was and was not available. It was so awful we wound up leaving a day early to move to another hotel after the manager all but told us to leave.

First of all the promised shuttle didn't come and I had to find someone to call for me the hotel. Then they sent a driver but I lost half an hour.
At the reception I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my key!!
For this money I expect better service!!!
The restaurant was really good, I enjoyed great dinner for a really good price.
The shuttle back was quick and free of charge.
The hotel is clean and modern.
