Horrível.. toalhas horríveis, travesseiros e colchão muito ruins..
O quarto por ser duplex é muito mal planejado.
No banheiro não se consegue sentar na privada de forma reta, é preciso sentar de lado, horrivel, pessimo, nao volto nunca mais

I used to stay at this hoyel whenever in CG but it is not well maintained and managed. Breakfast was bellow market. Pool was dirty. Elevators... only one working! Wi-Fi... not working (at least on my floor) aske several times to check but the answer was “it has beed lime that” ***then FIX IT!!!

The hotel is fine for the area. Three stars is a fair review of the hotel. Basic breakfast, clean room, and able to walk to resturants. Front desk spoke English very well. Will advise that if you are scared of heights, request a room closer to the ground floor. The hotel is very tall (for the region) and narrow. It may be one of the tallest building in Campo Grande.

This hotel was very nice but a bit outdated. I was fine with it because the sheets were nice and the bed was comfortable. I upgraded for about $15 more to the suite and that was well worth it. I had a balcony and amazing views of the city from all around. This is known by the locals as the nicest hotel in the city. The staff were nice but they did not speak English for the most part. The gym needs a bit of improvement as it took me 5 minutes to figure out how to turn on the treadmill. Breakfast was good and included.

O hotel é bem localizado. Gostei da limpeza das acomodações, mas a decoração é antiga. O café da manhã não tem nada demais e o funcionário do local nem sempre usava máscara. Staff precisa ser melhor treinado.

Reservei para o dia dos namorados. Nós deram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Fui solicitar a troca com a gerência. Nem me atendeu, mandou avisar que o hotel estava cheio. Como não precisavam, eu poderia escolher ficar ou ir embora com ressarcimento. Respeito zero.

Muito boa. O único ponto que menciono é que gostaria de priorizar uma estadia num quarto localizado no alto, solicitei a troca pois fui instalada no andar debaixo, não fui atendida.
