Excellent place to stay with a good restaurant and comfortable beds. As with many places in brazil difficult to find English speakers. Reception staff were very helpful.

This is a great place to stay! It is in the heart of the city, easy walking distance from local parks and the wonderful Mercado Central! One of the features that make this hotel so great is the fact that it's restaurant is probably one of the best...and the most popular...in the city. Both lunch and dinner are offered in a buffet-style, with a good selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, pastas, and meat entrees....both fried as well as off of the grill. My room was not especially large, but more than adequate for a pleasant stay, and featured a comfortable bed with a wonderful down comforter. I look forward to returning to this lovely refuge in Pelotas....if only to find a superb place to eat!

Excellent central location. Room is clean and comfortable, furniture seem old but satisfactory. Excellent breakfast, restaurant downstairs also serve good buffet lunch and dinner. Recommended.

The hotel was nice, but the “luxury” room I was expecting (according to the pictures on this site) did not exist!!! The staff was excellent, and very attentive! Great food in the hotel’s restaurant!

Gostei do local, organizado, limpo e seguro. O atendimento bem como os serviços oferecidos foram de alta qualidade.

Razoável em relação à limpeza. O quarto estava com cheiro ruim, tapetes não estavam limpos, pois observa-se poeira e cabelos. O banheiro bem pequeno com pouco espaço entre o box e a porta. Café da manhã bom e o restaurante do hotel muito bom.

Quarto espaçoso, cafe da manhã farto e delicioso. Possui restaurante aberto ao público, é muito bem localizado no centro da cidade.

Estadia excelente! Quarto n° 311, cama de solteiro, muito confortável. Cama, cobertas, tv, Internet, mesa de trabalho, tudo excelente. O banheiro tem um banho bem quente, as toalhas de banho e rosto são de 1ª linha (grossas e macias). A única coisa que não é excelente no banheiro são os espaços apertados da privada, box e pia sem bancada. O café da manhã já foi melhor, mas ainda tem uma nota 7,5.
