I have been in the Boulevard Express and Boulevard Plaza Hotel since 2017. I usually stay at my family’s house or at hotel when I travel to B H and really liked because of the breakfast but now the Express Hotel doesn’t have breakfast. I need to go and get in another place or go to another Hotel that belongs to the same owner. The breakfast is very delicious but have to pay additional fee.
What i could not understand is why I saw 2 ladies walking around the room cleaning before the customers leave the room. I feel that they were very unpolite. I plan to go back and stay there again. The people that work in the reception are very nice, 👏👏👏for them!

Excelente, talvez o atendimento ao telefone poderia ser um pouco melhor sobre as informações, já que fiz as reservas para meu chefe através do site. Quanto a reserva on line tudo foi muito rápido e fácil de fazer.. As acomodações boas, limpeza muito boa.

Cama ruim, pois o colchão afundava. Não existe a opção de café da manhã , Na foto mostrava cama de casal, porém foi uma de solteiro sem acordo em fazer a troca . Pedi um quarto mais silencioso .A recepção colocou da porta do elevador . Não ficaria em outra ocasião .
