This property is well maintained. They seem to take pride in their hotel. It was very clean any time of day we were there. They offer water, tea, at the lobby. I found that very welcoming. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The door greeter/security guard was helpful in navagting on how to get to the metro from the hotel. He also gave us advice between taxi and using an uber service. My room was cleaned every day which is nice because in the USA they havent done that since after Covid. The room was nice and decor modern. Breakfast was the best! They stock it well with a variety of hot dishes to simple cereal and fresh fruits. I enjoyed eating breakfast everyday I was there. The espresso machines were also a bonus. The breakfast buffet opened early and was great for getting a head start on your day. It appeared that many people stay here for business, but great for just couples and adults getaway.

Struttura ben tenuta con stanza pulita e confortevole per quanto fredda a causa della mancanza del riscaldamento.
Nella stanza funziona solo la funzione COOL.
Bagno da rivedere in quanto abbastanza vecchio e con poche dotazioni.
Per esempio mancavano dei cleenex.
Armadio della stanza migliorabile con aggiunta di qualche appendino in più ( erano disponibili solo 4 appendini).
Ottima la colazione soprattutto per la parte salata.
Scelta molto ampia e prodotti di qualità.
Migliorabile l’interazione con il personale che non parla inglese e rende complicata qualsiasi interazione o richiesta.
Nonostante questo il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e sorridente.

Hotel agradável, café da manhã muito bom, cama e travesseiros confortáveis. As paredes são muito finas, dava pra escutar absolutamente tudo do quarto ao lado, inclusive a TV, dificultando bastante o descanso.

Tudo perfeito, hotel confortável , atendimento excelente, só uma ressalva estava com meu filho e ele tem uma alimentação regrada , no café da manhã solicitei ao atendente se tinha alguma raiz para ele comer com ovo , pois é a alimentação dele , simplesmente nem cordial o atendente foi , virou e me disse , só tem isso aí que está vendo , acho que no mínimo um hotel desse porte tem que ter opções pra seus clientes ou no mínimo ter atendente mais respeitoso , fora que que não estava pedindo nada demais , apenas se tinha um tipo de raiz , fica aí uma sugestão para hotel , tbm priorizar um café da manhã mais saudável

My room was well decorated with high quality finishes. The restaurant area was large, bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... Overall, I highly recommend this property, especially at their room rates. I would stay there again without question.
