I loved this property so much! Mike and Ramón were such awesome ambassadors for the hotel at the front desk. Nice location.

Has a good vibe

Hotel muito bonito e confortável. Bom atendimento. As instalações do banheiro necessitam de manutenção. Café da manhã razoável.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Praça da República; however, the street can be quite empty at night so calling a taxi/Uber at night is a good idea. The rooms are simple, and the breakfast is consistently good. The courtyard with the pool are certainly a highlight. While checking out of the hotel, I had something of an unfortunately experience. The person working the front desk suggested I had not paid for the hotel, when in reality I had paid for everything at the time of booking through a major hotel website. I explained this to the gentleman working at the front desk and he tried to call a number of his coworkers, but since it was early in the morning, none of them picked up. After this, he again repeated that there was no record showing that I had paid. I showed him the receipt from the hotel website, and I then showed him my credit card statement with the confirmation number matching the reservation. He again repeated that there was no record that I had paid. I suggested that I would forward the confirmation to the hotel's email address and that I would leave my phone number in case they had any questions. Unfortunately, this process led me to miss my bus. The hotel is nice, but there are better options in safer areas of Belém for less money.

This hotel has a lovely setting around the courtyard and pool and is well-located for the historical sights of Belem. The French restaurant on-site is very good and breakfast is generous. However, the room was more basic than I expected - no soap provided; room not cleaned during the three nights I was there; safe not operational. You have to choose between privacy and the availability of natural light in the room, and please note that the rooms are not mosquito-proof.

This hotel certainly had better days in the past. The bedrooms and their sanitary facilities definitively need to be fully refurbished. The rooms near the entrance are very noisy due to the restaurant located in the courtyard. The cleanliness (of the sheets and towels in particular) is definitively not at its best.

L'hôtel est très bien situé tout près de la praça de la Republica, et à 15 mn à pied des Docks. Il est très calme, simple mais confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable à prendre le matin dans le jardin autour de la piscine. Enfin, le personnel est très dévoué, et parle souvent français.

Única coisa boa é a localização. O atendimento é horrível. Funcionários não te cumprimentam, não fazem questão de olhar para vc ao passar uma informação. O café da manhã é bem ruim, baixa qualidade, tudo quente por ficar exposto no local, onde não tem ou não ligam o ar condicionado. Pedi um ovo no café da manhã, eles fazem se pedir, não te oferecem, veio frito, com mais óleo do que ovo. A limpeza complicada. Chegamos no quarto e um cheiro super forte de desinfetante para disfarçar o odor desagradável do banheiro, que só amenizava com o ar condicionado ligado e o banheiro fechado. Travesseiros bem velhos. Armários cheirando a baratas. Capricho, hospitalidade e simpatia são coisas gratuitas e necessárias para um hotel.

Hotel agréable, bien décoré. L’accueil a été juste correct de la part des différents personnels de l’hôtel, avec néanmoins des informations qui nous manquaient concernant la tarification de l’hôtel, ce qui nous a valu de payer une première facture à l’arrivée, puis un complément. Nous déplorons ce manque d’information et cette impression, globalement, que l’aspect lucratif l’emporte largement sur l’accueil des clients. Nous avons apprécié globalement la propreté de l’hôtel et des chambres (à noter néanmoins qu’il restait des poils, dans la douche, et que l’eau de la piscine était un peu trouble). L’eau chaude de la douche était la bienvenue mais ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien. Enfin, nous avons été un peu déçus par le petit-déjeuner (par le peu de choses proposées, et les limites dans les quantités).

O estado de conservação do hotel não está muito bom. A mola da cama é bem ruim, a água demora bastante para esquentar. O café termina bem cedo, com opções bem reduzidas.

É um hotel cuja instalação foi adaptada. O nível de conforto dos quartos varia conforme a configuração, pois as janelas abrem para as sacadas de circulação internas. O café da manhã é pago à parte normalmente. É trivial, mas os ingredientes são de ótima qualidade. O atendimento é excelente. O ótimo e caro restaurante no seu interior não pertence ao hotel. O ar-condicionado funciona bem, mas a cama não é muito confortável. A localização é num lugar tranquilo, porém fica a algumas quadras do comércio e à noite o local é bem ermo.

Hotel super aconchegante, limpeza nota 10 e atendimento também. Voltaremos com toda certeza, só um ponto é o cafe da manhã que achamos com poucas opções.

Le staff est très a l'écoute et disponible. Les chambres sont très propre et le lieu vraiment agréable et sécurisé. On y mange très bien également. Je recommande chaudement.

Tanto o atendimento da recepção quanto do restaurante foram muito humanos. Apesar de ser um ambiente mais rebuscado (aparentemente) os funcionários atenderam muito bem. O ambiente é limpo e bem agradável.

DURANTE A ESTADIA VIMOS QUE O ATENDIMENTO NÃO ERA UM ATENDIMENTO DE HOTEL, QUE TEM QUE SER CORDIAL, AS TOMADAS SÃO DO MODELO ANTIGO, DEMORARAM A CONSEGUIR ADPATADOR, O FRIGOBAR ESTAVA VAZIO E QUANDO CONTESTEI O FUNCONARIO DISSE QUE ERA ASSIM MESMO E SE EU QUISESSE ALGO EU TERIA QUE BUSCAR NA RECEPÇÃO, UM ABSURDO NÉ. ME SENTI MAL ATENDIDA E MAL RECEBIDA, APESAR DE TERMOS TIDO REFERENCIAS BOAS DO HOTEL, NÃO SENTI NADA DE BOM. NA PRIMEIRA AVALIAÇÃO SOBRE O CHECK-IN, QUE FIZ NO AQUI. RECEBI UMA CONTESTAÇÃO DO HOTEL, ONDE JÁ SE VIU ISSO. O HOTEL NÃO QUERIA QUE EU RECLAMASSE. POR FIM, QUERO DEIXAR MINHA CONTRIBUIÇÃO AO HOTEL. Foi maravilhoso...nada a reclamar...atendimento dos recepcionistas, excelentes...central de ar, funcionando legal esfriava o quarto e não precisamos diminuir tá tanto a temperatura, temperatura agradável...tv, o básico mas foi tranquilo... Água quente e fria no chuveiro...piscina maravilhosa... café, delicioso, cama aconchegante.

O hotel é muito lindo e aconchegante. O espaço é limpo e organizado. Porém, a rede wi-fi não funciona bem e uma recepcionista foi um pouco rude comigo, sendo que não era necessário.
