Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The hotel is very old and needs a lot of improvements. The bathroom is very old and the way the shower is set up the whole bathroom fills with water every time you shower. There is nothing in the bathrooms like soap, blowdryer, shampoo or simple things you will find anywhere else. The food is very mediocre and the cereal was steal and old. YOU will NOT sleep on the weekends due to the club and bars right across the street, the music is so loud that the windows in the room were vibrating and making a crazy noise the whole entire night and at approx. 3am when the music got better people started to scream and party in the middle of the street making it impossible for me and my family to sleep. Also, you will hear everything going on on the next rooms and hallway. Definitaly, one of the worse hotels i've stayed so far. Spend a little more money and stay on a better hotel!!

Eu e minha família ficamos uma noite, na reserva nao falava que estacionamento era terceirizado e pagamento era a parte, R$30,00 a diária. O vaso sanitário do banheiro do quarto 823 estava salto do chão e balançava um perigo cair, quebrar e machucar as pessoas. Os travesseiros muito duros, nao dava para usar. Hotel tem cuidado pouco da manutenção. Já havia ficado lá no passado e era bem melhor.

Atendimento foi muito bom ! Mais precisa de manutenção em algumas coisas o quarto estava c muita água debaixo da cama e alguns pisos do chão solto o berço que foi solicitado a para minha bebê veio só que ela deitada nele ele se desprendeu embaixo ela sofreu uma queda e foi parar embaixo da outra cama levamos um susto ela teve só vermelhidão na cabeça mais liguei solicitando a retirada do berço fui atendida na mesma hora .

Localização excelente, o hotel está passando por uma ampliação, além dos espaços que não podemos ter acesso isso não atrapalhou em nada a estadia.
A limpeza do quarto não estava muito legal , sujeira no chão , ralo da pia entupido, mas coisas de fácil resolução, apenas um pouco mais de atenção já resolveria.
Elevadores achei pouco e devagar pela quantidade de hóspedes

Foi na média. O hotel tem ótima localização. Estacionamento é terceirizado, não é incluso e só acessa o carro através dos manobristas. Mas o hotel tem opções de lazer bem interessantes, música ao vivo toda noite. No geral a estadia foi bem prazerosa. Fiquei num apto. standard aconselho que solicitem o luxo.
