Great hotel a few blocks from the beach. Great breakfast including fresh fruit, eggs, good strong coffee, yogurt, cereal, etc. Nice small pool on the roof with bar and restaurant. Front desk is very attentive. The frigo bar items are overpriced but that is the norm for better hotels. Be careful walking to the beach at night although we had no problems. There are great little restaurant near the hotel towards the beach at very resonable prices.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi simplesmente incrível e superou todas as expectativas. Desde o momento do check-in até o momento da minha partida, fui recebido com extrema cordialidade e profissionalismo por toda a equipe. A recepção foi muito eficiente, o processo de entrada foi ágil e os atendentes sempre muito bem treinados, simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as necessidades.
O quarto em que fiquei hospedado era espaçoso, extremamente limpo, confortável e muito bem decorado, com uma atenção especial aos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A cama era extremamente confortável, o enxoval de alta qualidade e o ambiente transmitia uma sensação de aconchego e tranquilidade perfeita para uma estadia relaxante. Além disso, o quarto contava com uma excelente infraestrutura: ar-condicionado silencioso, televisão de tela plana com vários canais, frigobar bem abastecido e uma conexão Wi-Fi estável e rápida, fundamental para quem precisa trabalhar ou se manter conectado.
As áreas comuns do hotel são igualmente impecáveis. O lobby é moderno, confortável e decorado com muito bom gosto, oferecendo ambientes para socialização e relaxamento. A área da piscina é maravilhosa, com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis e um serviço de bar eficiente, ideal para momentos de lazer. A limpeza do hotel deixou MUITO a desejar, com insetos no colchão, toalhas e sujeira por todo lado. Tives que cancelar a minha estadia pelo estado do quarto. Importante notar que estava hospedada para um evento e tal situação foi reportada por outras pessoas que lá estavam.

O hotel estava ok, fomos bem recepcionados, mas ao tomar banho o box inundou e o banheiro também. Liguei na recepção e mandaram uma pessoa pra olhar, claro que não solucionou o problema. Aí pedi toalhas para secar e pelo horário nem pensamos em trocar de quarto.
No outro dia quando fui fazer o checkout, e fui falar com a recepcionista, falei que queria algo para compensar o desconforto e ela começou a rir., eu nem terminei de falar dado o nível de atendimento.
Lamentável pessoa despreparada para atender o hóspede.

Lackluster experience at this hotel. The staff was not horrible but there are elements that I cannot overlook. First, the wi-fi is very slow, enough just to download light emails really. Be prepared to pay approximately $7 USD for every 15 minutes at the business center for an alternative option - this move is extremely small and short-sighted on behalf of their management. Additionally, worthy food options are limited in this area but we found that to be true for most of Fortaleza to be honest. One other mark against this hotel is their shampoo/conditioner/soap smell atrocious and should only be used as a last resort.

Decent hotel with friendly staff, only a couple of whom speak English. But we were able to get by. The room was small but clean and functional. Only bad marks is for the a.c., which didn't really work too well. Breakfast excellent.

Sempre gostei muito do hotel, mas minha última estadia deixou a desejar. O ralo do banheiro não descia, o que inundou o apartamento todo. Fui dormir mais de 3 da manhã resolvendo isso com alguém do hotel, o que atrasou todo meu dia seguinte.. Ainda tentei estender a estadia pelo menos até 13h, porém disseram que não podia.

Essa foi nossa terceira vez no Hotel Praia Centro, adoramos novamente a experiência. O Hotel fica em uma região privilegiada de Fortaleza, está muito próximo à praia de Meireles, tem supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes e tudo o que você precisa bem próximo. Os funcionários são todos atenciosos, os quartos são espaçosos, estrutura excelente, boa piscina no rooftop, café da manhã delicioso e farto.
