Check in rápido, mas o cartão quase não abria. A porta. No dia seguinte, apos o café da manhã, não conseguimos abrir a porta e foi preciso ir na recepção. Elevadores antigos e demorados, café da manhã razoável. Agora o que mais incomodou foi o barulho. Quase impossível dormir. Barulho da via, batida de porta. Parecia que as pessoas dos outros quartos estavam dentro do nosso!

Atendimento ótimo e o quarto excelente também, mas a estrutura geral do hotel não está tão bem conservada, notadamente os elevadores, que são bastante antigos e emitem ruídos muito altos que podem ser ouvidos dos quartos e atrapalha o silêncio e o conforto da hospedagem; também são mal ventilados e balançam muito durante a movimentação. Café da manhã bom, poderiam apenas acrescentar opções de sucos.

O hotel é bem ok, a equipe é simpática e prestativa, porém, de forma geral, é muito barulhento. Os elevadores fazem barulho que se escuta do quarto, dia e noite.
O café da manhã também deixa a desejar no quesito de opções.

Very convenient location. Check in was extra painful. Had already registered, but still took over 30 min. They don't number their rooms like typical hotels. So, when they wrote the wrong floor number on the key sleeve, we had to hunt for the correct floor. No hot water when we went to take a shower. Room was clean but Spartan. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Very convenient location in Central neighborhood. Okay for a night. Would not have have wanted to be there for several.

Far from a 3.5 star. Maybe 2.5 at most. The walls need repainting, walls are cracking, and black out curtains have lights bleeding through from the years of use.
Was clean and staff was friendly.

Staff was great and super helpful! Our flights were delayed and they ready and waiting when we arrived at 2:30 am for 5 rooms. Had heads on pillows by 3am ! Breakfast in the morning was a really good spread of foods too! And it went till 10 am which was super. Property is older and a little tired but it was clean, safe and very reasonable.

Der Check In Mitten in der Nacht klappte einwandfrei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Aber es gibt alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war super.
