I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. The hotel is gorgeous and peaceful. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Food amazing, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, natural juice, variety of fruits, breads and pastries, the coffee was delicious!!! The hotel was always clean and beautiful, exotic trees, little monkeys and many birds, a paradise!!! I will definitely come back!!! The hotel is near Campeche beach and you can find many stores nearby, the area has everything, pharmacies, clothing store and restaurants!!!

Is kind of a small village with several apartments around and in between the buildings is like an open park full of trees and other nice things.

The area inside gas a lot of options for relaxing or even getting in the pool on a cold day! We even saw some monkeys eating out of the trees. It was a fun experience

Beautiful trail walk to Campeche beach, which is gorgeous. The hotel grounds are nice and the rooms are “beach” comfortable but the bathroom could use some minor upgrades - better shower and a vent. The lunch buffet was outstanding!!!

The place was ok... it was crowded due to new year and more expensive than usual. The villa we stayed in is old and a little dated. The service was not high quality but again might be due to new year.

Friendly staff, location was about 15 minute walk to the beach (wish it was closer for the kids). Stated around New Year’s Eve. Uber was impossible to get (multiple cancellations and very expensive ). Definitely rent a car if you can ! Breakfast was typical Brazilian breakfast. Rented a chalet with the kids. Walls maybe thin because people downstairs complained that we were playing a boardgame at 12:30 at night. Good value for the money and the beach and waves were great. Awesome restaurant right next door

Pro: Beautiful Grounds, terrific breakfast buffet, front desk staff very helpful, short walk to the beach.
Con: Small room very outdated. Think Motel 6. Could use an update. Only 4 power outlets of which 2 are occupied by the tv and cable box and one is in the bathroom. Good luck if you have more than one device to charge.
Overall: Price and location was right. That is the trade off for the plain room.

This property was family friendly, the staff was helpful, the grounds were well cared for. It felt a bit overpriced for what they offered. The pools all used a lot of chlorine which is very toxic. The food at the restaurant was mediocre and not at all organic.

The hotel was good for the price, but I was frustrated my management's unwillingness to try to satisfy guests. Specifically there were no adaptors or shampoo in the rooms and when I mentioned this to the staff, they said they receive these complaints frequently and that they have reported this to management. So, this leads me to believe management is more concerned with being cheap than listening to guests. Seriously, no shampoo?

I am very much inpressed wirh the hotel staff especially the frpnt desk people. Very friendly and curtious.
Lack of room service and non availabilty of complementary tea/ Coffee in room is a concern however. There is value for nobey with good tasty foods.
