Toda a experiência foi ótima, atendimento na cozinha foi excelente inclusive.
Meu único problema foi durante a madrugada crianças brincando e gritando dentro do quarto, mas isto foi o hóspede que estava ao lado e não tem nada a ver com o Hotel.

reserva era pra 2 pessoas coma de casal, e o quarto era 2 cama de solteiro, ar condicional super barulhento, tranca da porta não fechava direito.

Hotel muito confortável e bem localizado. Oferecem o transfer gratuito ida/volta para o aeroporto GRU, porém é terceirizado e não há indicação CLARA no microônibus com NOME do hotel. Foi uma demora imensa no aeroporto pq toda vez q ligava no hotel me davam uma informação diferente. Mas no fim, deu certo. MICROÔNIBUS prata escrito AYRA na lateral.
