Tv didn’t work. Called front desk 3 times. Girl hung up on me. Went down and talk to manager. And suppose to get full refund. And I left Hotel is not in good condition. Lobby is a mess Leaking water. TVs not working. Rude front desk agent. I will never go there again They refunded my money then charged me the next day again

No geral tudo bem, achei o valor um pouco alto por não ter serviço de quarto e o estacionamento ser a parte. Alguns detalhes nos produtos de higiene, só possuía 1 pequeno sabonete e shampoo apenas. Sem sabonete líquido para lavagem das mãos na pia, nem álcool gel no quarto e nem pasta de dentes.

Péssimo atendimento da recepcionista no check-in. Em nossa reserva foi descrito que havia estacionamento disponível. Entretanto, ao chegar no hotel nos informaram que não tinha vaga!! Tive que deixar o carro na rua! Nao se pode anunciar que há estacionamento disponível (mesmo que pago a parte) e quando o cliente chega, dizer que não tem vaga! Jamais teria reservado o hotel se não tivesse estacionamento! O pior foi a total falta de vontade da recepcionista de tentar minimizar o ERRO do estacionamento. Nenhuma compensação foi proposta para compensar o descaso com o cliente. SE NÃO HÁ VAGA SUFICIENTE PARA TODOS OS CLIENTES, NÃO ANUNCIEM COMO ESTACIONAMENTO DISPONÍVEL!

O hotel não tem estrutura para hospedar todos os hóspedes de sua capacidade. Não tem estacionamento nem para a metade. Nem para fazer o checkin pude deixar o carro nas vagas temporárias. O café da manhã não tinha nenhum controle de quem pagou ou não, não tinha onde sentar, tinha fila, faltava talheres e itens do café. Recebi a chave de um quarto e quando entrei o mesmo estava sujo e sendo ocupado por outro hóspede. Um absurdo isso, um hotel que não é barato se comparado a hoteis próximos a ele e bem melhores.

Bem localizado, café da manhã fraco com serviço ruim. Limpeza ruim encontramos uma agulha de uso médico hospitalar em baixo da cama avisamos e não foi retirada. Tivemos que levar até a recepção.

The guy and lady at the reception were very friends. Had a very poor internet signal and they were happy to help me to connect to the hotels’ Wi-Fi. Very friendly checkin made us feel very welcoming. The mattress in my room wasn’t great. It was a very thin mattress. The hotel needs addressing the issue with the mattress particularly in the room I sleep over. Breakfast wasn’t great. It was okay but had stayed in other Ibis hotel in the past so I was disappointed with the breakfast offered at Ibis Maringá. Overall it was very central location very nice walks to shoppings & supermarkets.

The hotel was clean and attractive. The room and bathroom were as well. However there was no shampoo, toothbrush (not even at the front desk or for sale). Front desk staff wasn’t particularly helpful either. Breakfast was advertised as being included but was an extra charge. The two twin beds were pushed together which kind of defeated the purpose of having two beds.
