We had a fantastic one week stay at the hotel. Service was impeccable. Staff incredibly nice, available and friendly. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options for everybody. Thank you again to the whole team for the wonderful stay. It was truly unforgettable.

Miramar is in excellent condition for her age. She was renovated a few years ago and everything was done very well. The showers are amazing. Water pressure is fantastic. The service is top notch. We loved the breakfast. The pool area is lovely. A little small for too many people - and it doesn’t matter because the beach is great too. The view can’t be beat. The walls are nice and thick since it’s an old building and we didn’t hear much noise from our neighbors or from the street. We were on the eighth floor. There is a metro station a few blocks in from the beach and the metro is clean and safe. We had a great time and will be back to stay at the Miramar. Miramar is part of what made our stay in the marvelous city wonderful and memorable. Muito Obrigada!

Great employees. Felt welcomed the moment I came in. Amazing pool views! I would stay here again. It is close to a lot of good restaurants and a minute from the beach.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were spacious, but it’s not worth the price they charge. The biggest issue was with the housekeeping staff – they were very noisy, talking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors. It’s impossible to get any rest at any time because of them.

Very beautiful hotel and amazing staff. The restaurant was very good and the quality of the food superb. The rooftop pool bar was also really nice to relax at for a few hours.
My only gripe would be that it would be nice to have bedside lamps and complimentary tea/coffee in the room but otherwise an excellent hotel.

Overall , great hotel amazing location right on Copacabana beach. A lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Amazing rooftop views I would just suggest some background music at the rooftop. At times it can a little bit of awkward silence. Staff was very friendly and nice !

I loved this hotel! Everything was perfect but the only negative I can say is that the key card wasn’t working sometimes. They were nice about letting us leave our card with the front desk so we’d just pick it up before heading to the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Daniella. Everyone was nice and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked. This property is walking distance to everything. Cross the street and you are at Copacabana Beach. One mile the opposite way is Ipanema Beach. The streets are lined with restaurants that come alive at night. Their breakfast is expansive. Don’t skip it. Bottomless mimosas! And I felt safe. The entire area for blocks and blocks felt safe. Highly recommended!

Pretty much everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff was great. The rooms are beautiful. The location is unbeatable. The restaurant is top-tier. The only thing I was surprised at was I had to cancel my trip last minute because I didn’t have a visa and they wouldn’t refund any portion of my stay. I rebooked with them anyway and I’m glad I did, but I thought that was a little offputting, great hotel.

Excellent hotel, overlooking Copacabana Beach. Polite and very helpful staff. Breakfast fabulous with an amazing assortment of items including a very well organised omelette station.
Our room was always spotlessly cleaned.
