Abbiamo pernottato dal 9 al 18 agosto. L’hotel non è un vero 5 stelle per i servizi offerti: 1) camere standard minuscole 2) assenza di bagnoschiuma e accappatoi nelle stanze 3) affacci interni delle camere orrendi; 4) siamo stati letteralmente inseguiti per pagare una colazione fatta il primo giorno spiegando che avremmo saldato il conto al check out 5) piscina e palestra minuscole 6) macchina del caffè a pagamento in camera. Note positive: ristorante, colazione e cena di livello e gentilezza del personale.

Good rooms but I CANNOT believe how excellent the staff were. Would stay here again.

The Air conditioning made a noise our entire stay. I did notify front desk but nothing was done. The door is too heavy to close quietly. I dined at the restaurant and waited over an 1.5 hours for the food to be served. There were 6 of us at the table and 5 of us ordered at once and still waited for the entire dinner to be served, the food was good some things were room temperature not hot or cold. Not sure why they chose to wait until we asked for our dinner. My husband had something that didn’t agree with him and was sick for the rest of the night. The hotel was nice for the most part, friendly staff and very accommodating.

Amazing rooms and staff

The customer service was amazing! The doorman Jay was very friendly and greeted us daily as well as recommending wonderful locations nearby. The pool is pretty big considering other hotel pools nearby, the location is super convenient and safe. The uber pick up area was very convenient and at night there is a market nearby where they sell various goods. I would definitely come back again.

Very nice upscale hotel in the middle of Copacabana with amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Staff was very helpful, friendly and multilingual, breakfast was great. The standard rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but more than enough for a couple of days. The immediate area also felt safe and secure. The Italian restaurant is also worth a visit.

This hotel has an amazing staff, great rooms and an excellent location. Highly recommended for any typo of visit (business or personal). Congratulations to all the hotel staff team who does a fantastic job!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They addressed anything you needed promptly and very professional.

This hotel was impeccable. I did a lot of research on where to stay and this hotel was consistently listed among the top 10 in Copacabana and I now see why! It was every bit as luxurious as its WAY more expensive neighbors. The staff was excellent, the room was spacious, clean, and had a gorgeous view. It is a great location that is close to Ipanema, too. I would stay here again!

Goede locatie, dienstbaar personeel, goed bed, prima douche, uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Minder: elke dag een nieuw zeepje is natuurlijk overbodig en niet duurzaam.

The staff was excellent upon arrival and throughout the trip. Always atleast five members downstairs to great your needs, would definitely be my top pick in the future.

The hotel was in a nice area, just not my cup of tea. Had to change room because of my flight being so late they had to move me to another room for like 3 hours and charged me full
