We stayed here 2 years ago and we had a wonderful time . This time, it did not feel as good . The staff generally appeared less attentive - reception staff very rarely acknowledged or greeted you when you came into reception lobby, the rooftop bar staff were again not very attentive and at times even disgruntled to be serving us . Which is a shame as the hotel has the potential to be something amazing . 2 years ago it had that buzz and it was a really lovely place to stay. This time we were sorely disappointed

The staff is beyond amazing. The service provided was outstanding. The room was nice, good space and clean. The area outside was like any other, a big touristy city, but enjoyable. The buffet was nice, a big selection of many items. I would stay here again.

The staff was top notch... amazing! They showed the best professionalism and kindness that I've ever had in the service industry. They went above and beyond in dealing with a verytheir customer service was above impeccable. We were traveling with a difficult member

Melhor estadia no Rio! Atendimento muito atencioso, quarto super confortável, espaçoso e limpo. O café da manhã é a melhor parte! A localização é ótima! Com certeza será sempre minha primeira escolha no Rio

Perfect location and great service!

This is is excellent hotel. Employees are top notch. Reasonable pricing on food and drinks. Centrally located by the beach. Would definitely recommend. The only complaint, theres no spacious area to sit and relac if the weathers bad.

The staff are just excellent! Warm greetings from the moment you arrive and so many nice touches to make the stay memorable. Kind and professional staff, excellent breakfast with an amazing view, nice rooftop pool and bar, everyone was so accommodating and the rooms are spacious. The first room I had was a bit dated, could use updating especially the bathroom fixtures, but the staff gladly moved me to a nicer room on a higher floor which made a big difference. Will stay here again, perfect location to explore Copacabana!

Belle chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer. Vue magnifique du roof top de l’hôtel sur la plage de Copacabana et le pain de sucre. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel de grande qualité avec service à la hauteur.

Very conveniently located to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Hotel facilities are very good. We had a bad experience during checkin with one of the checkin staff but other staff members handled the matter well. The rest of the stay was very pleasant.

Abbiamo pernottato dal 9 al 18 agosto. L’hotel non è un vero 5 stelle per i servizi offerti: 1) camere standard minuscole 2) assenza di bagnoschiuma e accappatoi nelle stanze 3) affacci interni delle camere orrendi; 4) siamo stati letteralmente inseguiti per pagare una colazione fatta il primo giorno spiegando che avremmo saldato il conto al check out 5) piscina e palestra minuscole 6) macchina del caffè a pagamento in camera. Note positive: ristorante, colazione e cena di livello e gentilezza del personale.

Good rooms but I CANNOT believe how excellent the staff were. Would stay here again.
