I always staying at the hotel
The valet parking needs improvements ..they should open the door for my wife First then
Go to the driver ... asking to pay at the day we arrived doesn’t look good for a hotel 5 stars ... at New Year’s Eve very disappointed at the room doesn’t have iron ... we have to share the iron with other guests ... that’s was ridiculous. For hotel 5 stars ... in USA Ever hotel has iron in the room ... the cheapest hotel has ... how this can be a 5 stars hotel?

Muita burocracia atrelada , quem fornece a comida não é a mesma do frigobar que não é a mesma do hotel, tudo deve ser pago conforme se faz uso , nunca tem troco para dinheiro.

Definitely is not a 5 stars, terrible mattress, not smart tv, low quality bedding. The room is big and clean. The employees are nice and pleasant and great breakfast.

This is not a 5-star hotel, far from it. I could be one if improves a few items such as transparency on their early check-in policy (the manager Mara gave me a few inconsistent explanations on the policy and each one did not match the other). Not customer service oriented at all! If they want to reach a 5-star status, they should refer to the Ritz-Carlton customer policy.
The rooms were not properly cleaned (please see attached photos) and in one of rarest nights that it is a little chilly in Ribeirao I reached out to the comforter in the closet, but felt old, gross and dirty (please see photo) and could not use it.

Very nice hotel and excellent service. I didn't like the bed, the mattress is old. I didn't like that they had only 2 pillows, the other two had covers of other material which I didn't find appropriate in this time of COVID infections. I didn't like the a/c location in the suite because it hit you directly when your in bed, there was no way to direct it otherwise.

Ja tinha ficado outras vezes no hotel .
Porém dessa vez por falta de organização interna, não tinham quartos disponíveis.
Fiz a reservas 2 semanas antes de ir.
Chegamos e liberaram o check inn apenas às 18:30( horário normal era para ser às 14) e ficamos esperando.
E no check out não estenderam .
Sendo assim o dia foi curto de estadia .
