Fabulous hotel - clean, great location for centre of Foz and access to the falls from Brazilian and Argentinian side but the cherry on top was the sky bar. Reccommend

I loved my stay at Viale. The staff at the front desk were very professional, polite and helpful.
The room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning worked well too. They have great breakfast buffet as well, which features Brazilian items like Pão de queijo. I also enjoyed the view from the rooftop. It was great both day and night.
The only thing I was not comfortable with was that there was no AC in the hallway, and it got very warm. There are only 2 small elevators so when it is busy, you have to wit for one in such warm temperature.
Overall I had an excellent experience here, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for restaurants. About 20-30 min from main attractions. They have remodeled and done improvements. Great breakfest . Felt safe in hotel and area

Towels are thread bare and grey. The room has musky smell and the bed creaks. A bit overpriced for the type of hotel class. The lack of complimentary water was a con since we have been traveling through South America and some cheaper priced hotels still provided them.

The hotel maintenance is not very good. The shower stall is stuck, the window is stuck, the floor is not very clean, the reception is not very friendly, the elevators are inefficient. There is a lot of room for improvement. The bed, pillows and shower are good. The hotel is in a good location

Great hotel with awesome reception. Everybody very helpful. Ideal location for tour operators to pick you up. Hotel is a little dated and can use a refresh. It just wasn't all that clean, but not dirty. Elevators take a long time to get to the restaurant and are slow. I was on the 9th floor. If you need to get to the lobby allow time. Loud music from a bar/hotel nearby. Bring ear plugs. Other dining options are nearby. Good hotel for a couple of night stay.

The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Mixed review. Our first night, we had no bedspreads. Also, towels were thready and thin. I loved the Easter decor and breakfast offered pretty good variety. Most staff very friendly and helpful.
