We stayed for two nights over a long weekend as an anniversary getaway. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. Thanks to the front desk, we were able to save some money on our booking at nearby Bota Bota spa. The room was clean, comfortable and larger than I expected. The location is perfect for navigating Old Montreal, and you have a lot of shopping and fantastic restaurants within a 5-10 minute radius. Our VIP booking was a bonus touch with a nice bottle of wine and note from the staff upon arrival. We chose to use the valet parking, and that was also seamless. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in this part of the city.

This is a beautiful, quaint hotel with a feel of history to it but with all the modern necessities. The restaurant, Taverne Gaspar is exceptional in every way. The staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant are helpful, thoughtful and attentive.

My wife and I have stayed at the Auberge several times and have never been disappointed. Location in old town is excellent as it near all attractions, view of the port with walking and cycle paths easily accessible along with shopping, restaurants and pubs near by. All in all a great place with great staff.

What a beautiful place to stay at holiday time! The lobby was decorated with trees and lights - it was stunning! The staff was helpful, and valet parking was easy. There are steps going in & out of the property, so it is not wheelchair accessible. Fortunately, there is an elevator inside though. Our room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the prime location with 2 excellent restaurants attached. Prime shopping is just outside your door. Enjoy!

Excellent location to explore Old Montreal and so simple to walk/transit to explore much more. There is no public pool or hot tub at this facility which we knew upon booking so we at least anticipated a nice bath tub only to find a small walk in shower. Request a bathtub if you would like one. We learned to confirm this option in the future while booking.

We were upgraded upon arrival,front desk was extreme helpful with recommendations.
Our room was neglected by house keeping at 5pm so we had to call for clean towels and was supplied in a timely fashion. Overall a great location.

Easy to get to, all the staff were very polite and helpful, even charged my EV free of charge, room we chose was spacious, parking was expensive at hotel and elsewhere but expected when downtown, would stay again
