Our first time at the Balcomo. It was nicely decorated, grounds were well maintained, and the pool area was wonderful. It had an a resort type feeling.

Great place if you have a family. Not so great if you don’t have kids. Kids were in the pool from open to close 8am- 10pm. Hard to enjoy the pool, hot tub or cold plunge. They were packed in there.

I only requested one cleaning during our 3 nite stay and after the cleaning was done you could see the carpet wasn't vacummed and the shampoo was not checked and refilled. Unfortunately I was in the shower when I noticed there was NO shampoo. For such an expensive stay, it was very disappointing that everything was not top notch.

We stayed in the suites, very comfy. Overlooked the golf course. And the pool area was first rate with large hot tub, cold plunge pool and sauna. My grandsons loved. Penticton is close to beaches, good restaurants and lots of kids activities. Great!

Parking for the tower isn’t great, but at least there is free parking. Room was excellent. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Nice, quiet, recently renovated.

My husband, 7 year old daughter & I loved this hotel so much! The pool was large so there was lots of space to spread out.
We loved that Local Eatery was located right inside the hotel property so we always had a place to sit down & grab a bite when we were hungry. There are also lots of quick grab & go places across the street, which was helpful when we didn't feel like eating at a restaurant.
The room was so lovely! Very clean & the AC was quiet, which I always appreciate. The fridge was larger than a standard hotel mini fridge so I was able to stock it full of groceries. There's also a good size minibar sink & pantry so don't forget your basic kitchen supplies! Helps cut down on eating out.
The staff are so friendly and they were always smiling & welcoming whenever we popped into the lobby to grab a drink! We can't wait to make this spot part of our yearly family trip to Penticton.

Great location and nice clean rooms. Outdoor pool was great. Wifi was crappy but otherwise everything was great. Really enjoyed the patio garden area outside our room.
