Clean, comfortable rooms, good restaurant on-site with a patio, plenty of loungers at the pool, and even on a busy weekend we were always able to get a parking spot near our room. Walk across the street for Starbucks, liquor store. 10min walk to Okanagen Lake and all it's restaurants/activities.

The renovated facilities are great, and the pool, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge are excellent. Restaurant food and drinks available. Really nice hotel and great for big groups.

The cleanliness amazing! The staff friendly outgoing and polite. Looking forward to staying here again. Only downfall the pool bar/food was closed. Even though you could order from restaurant next to hotel (which staff and service was amazing too) Just more convenient if it was opened - you feel like you're on a resort! Great hotel! Cheers!

Hotel room was great, people were very loud above us, not the hotels fault. Pool was fantastic, all areas were very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Internet access was spotty. Amenities around the hotel were great.

Great place if you have a family. Not so great if you don’t have kids. Kids were in the pool from open to close 8am- 10pm. Hard to enjoy the pool, hot tub or cold plunge. They were packed in there.

I only requested one cleaning during our 3 nite stay and after the cleaning was done you could see the carpet wasn't vacummed and the shampoo was not checked and refilled. Unfortunately I was in the shower when I noticed there was NO shampoo. For such an expensive stay, it was very disappointing that everything was not top notch.

Our first time at the Balcomo. It was nicely decorated, grounds were well maintained, and the pool area was wonderful. It had an a resort type feeling.

We stayed in the suites, very comfy. Overlooked the golf course. And the pool area was first rate with large hot tub, cold plunge pool and sauna. My grandsons loved. Penticton is close to beaches, good restaurants and lots of kids activities. Great!
