My 4 star overall rating is because of VERY unstable WiFi, and the streaming channels on TV didn't work, probably as result of the WiFi issues.

Every individual that interacted with guests at The Bayview was outstanding. Friendly, helpful, and informative. Great job hiring the right folks! The rooms were good (it's nice to have a hotel room with a bathroom fan!). A warm breakfast is a bonus. I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was great.

Conveniently located. The dining options were in walking distance. We were on a ski trip and the hotel was only around 30 minutes drive to Mt. Washington ski resort. The room was clean and spacious.

Really nice hotel with very kind and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Room was basic but very clean, comfortable, and quiet.
The pool is great but this is the only area where I would say they could improve cleanliness. Water slide is separate from the pool which is great because you can use the pool without being constantly splashed.
We did have one day where I wanted house keeping to come by and we removed our do not disturb sign when we left the room around 11:15. Came back to a note under our door that said they did not clean our room because of the do not disturb sign and the note indicated they came by at 1:45. Unsure what the issue there was, the do not disturb sign was not on when we returned but it was not a huge deal.
Back of the hotel provides a nice ocean view which is a bonus. Good walking trails right behind the hotel as well! Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel in a great location, all the staff were great but the front desk staff went the extra mile to make me feel welcome each day I stayed. The help I received with what restaurants were near was very much appreciated and the breakfast was really good.
