The front desk staff were very professional,, efficient and friendly, housekeeping staff were the same. The room was very clean and the beds comfy. Lots of choicesfor breakfast. Close to everything in Comox and Courtenay. I would stay again.

It was great! Location was terrific and staff were friendly. Only issue was a room that big holding so many people an extra bathroom would have been nice and maybe if the pool was warmer, it was freezing.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. They had a place for me to store my bikes. I love the location of this hotel. Its close to the bike trails, restaurants and the mall. The rooms are great.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice sheets and pillows, very quiet overall. It’s an older hotel but in very good shape. The breakfast was well done with scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancake maker machine, cereals etc. We would stay there again.
