Best Western Inn At Penticton

Hot tub and indoor pool plus outdoor pool was great. Open courtyard with slide and swings were perfect for little ones. The outdoor barbecues were a bonus. The variety of food at breakfast was quite amazing. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Staff were friendly. Only complaint was the shower curtain. Too short and magnets were not effective in keeping the curtain from blowing around.

We had ground floor suite room and it was amazing for the kids to play and adults to relax in the courtyard. Breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The only one downfall was the ac in the suite room wasn’t working very well.

The hotel was adequate, clean and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, pool was great. I feel the rooms were ok, maybe need some updating.

Old property,could use some serious upgrade.Bathroom sink did not drain well,floors are ripping apart.

We were very impressed. Breakfast was very good. Room was great. Green space was really good - wonderful place for families. Pools were also lovely. Would definitely stay again as it met all our expectations.

place is really dated and relatively expensive for what you get. On the good side the staff are really great and the AC is super cold

The property is absolutely gorgeous. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to making this our yearly vacation spot!

The pools were so nice, indoor and outdoor. The courtyard green space is so lovely. Slides and swings for children. Lush vegetation and willow trees. BBQ area. Amazing breakfast. This is probably my most favourite hotel and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels!

Good experience. Stayed here a few times and it is my preferred when in Abbotsford.

Great breakfast; lots of hot water for shower

The customer service was unacceptable as we wanted a firmer bed and to be on the lower floor as we have medical issues and told them so. We explained it kindly. Hence so we didn’t have to walk up a flight of stairs as there was no elevator. Especially with all our luggage. Also burn holes in the curtain and wanted a non smoking room. There was black marks all around the floors in various areas. The tub edges were black in a lot of places where the caulking was. The bathtub had cloth shower curtains and never closed properly and it leaked water everywhere in the corner and soaked the floor. The office woman when we arrived that Thursday was rude and unaccomadating after asking her to please switch to another room as we had seen others vacate and leave. I asked her that they could kindly clean our room as it was still clean and change rooms. She said it was full? How does each customer even know what room they are going to have? We didn’t know either. There was a big hole on the outside walkway outside our room and had to step over it and was very dangerous. My husband is a red seal roofer and he said it was soft and do not walk on it. Your leg can fall straight through. I almost never noticed it. The food employees for breakfast were so kind and the food was good. I really hope Best Western Inn improves the safety in their Inn for their dedicated customers. Also had them clean our room and they didn’t vacuum the carpet as we had accidentally broke a cracker on the carpet.

Other than plugged toilet, for which we were given a plunger, our stay was good.

The breakfast they served was good, but the condition of the room/bathroom was aweful. The bathtub would not drain during a shower and the liner of the tub was bubbling so bad it was dangerous standing in the shower. I almost fell multiple times. Burn holes in the curtains. Outdoor pool not working. It was not what we expected at all.
