The suites were spacious and the breakfast was great. The area is a very busy road so it isn't much to look at but there are great restaurants around and a grocery store nearby. Came in handy after a sudden last minute cancellation before my trip threw me for a loop. Excellent staff and service.

The bed is comfortable but close to the door. The heater is great. Breakfast you can make your own pancake is nice and you can take something away. Sorroundings with Danny's and some restaurants, a small Korea super market that you won't get hungry. The room noisy is terrible... I'm not aware this is motel type. It is noisy from morning to night. People walking, talking and luggage moving sounds with floor shaking, clean car moving sounds, baby sounds, car open & close sounds. I can't sleep after the long flight trip. Sweaming pool is closed. Now I knew why some people said think twice before coming. Not recommend to who can't stand noisy environment.

I had queries and sent to the hotel via hotels.com platform several times but never got a response from the hotel. There is no email on the hotel website to contact direct. Upon check in, the hotel lobby is nicely refurbished with pleasant scent. However when I was shown the way to the bedroom, I was surprised to find out this is not a hotel but more like a motel! All corridors are outside. I wish they have shown pictures of the corridors on the hotels.com website so I knew this is a motel as I wouldn’t have booked it. I don’t like the layout and setting of motel as I don’t feel safe and it’s noisy being close to outside.
Mostly importantly I was shocked by the state of the room. It’s very outdated with knackered and chipped furniture with doors which don’t close. Toilet seat is smaller. I always take shoes off in the hotel room. Soon I noticed the bottom of my feet were grey and stuck with fluff and dirt. It was disgusting. I called reception and they sent a cleaner quite quickly. I asked the cleaner to vacuum the floor first but she said she only has a broom. What kind of hotel which doesn’t even have a vacuum?! You can’t possibly clean the floor properly with the amount of fluff and dust stuck onto my feet in such short space of time. The cleaner swept once and then mopped twice. I appreciated the effort. I stepped on the floor and again my feet was tuck with dirt, less than before. I didn’t think hotel can do anything else to improve the cleanliness so left it as it is.

It was nice in the middle of everything we wanted to do in Burnaby. The only irritation was that the room directly above us had little kids jumping around at all hours. Perhaps is best to keep the little ones on the ground floor.

Great hotel, very clean, great facilities, good staff, easy check in. Very convenient to skytrain, 10 minutes walk to the station. Lots of great restaurants around. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Vancouver

My stay was for four nights. Great location and spacious hotel rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great enjoyed having the option of hot and cold breakfast choices.
Kids loved the heated outdoor pool.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was big enough and clean but the fan was very noisy, we couldn’t sleep because of noisy fan and people who were walking on the second floor.
Breakfast was good but no cheese at all, it was so weird not having any kind of cheese at the buffet. We won’t come back
