The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful The even handed us a map with helpful markings to assist with our visit - much appreciated. On the other hand, the staff at the 330 restaurant were a bit rude, and offered poor service.

Je n’ai pas aimé la senteur dans la chambre, il y avait une odeur très forte d’urine de chat ou chien sur le tapis. Difficulté à dormir avec cette senteur. Apres la première nuit je suis allé voir la réception et le gars m’a dit qu’il n’avait pas d’autres chambres de disponible sauf une Ét elle était très petite et avait la même senteur mais légèrement moins forte.

Le ménage quotidien se limitait à laver le plancher de la SDB , faire le lit sommairement et remplacer les serviettes. J’ai dû essuyer les surfaces moi même avec des lingettes désinfectantes.

The hotel is nice and clean. Other then dinning and some local pubs there is nothing to do and it’s too far from old Quebec to walk. Public transit is tricky and cabs and Ubers charge a lot for short commutes.
