Beautiful hotel and bed & pillows are very comfortable. Dined at restaurant onsite and the food is delicious and very expensive. Disappointed that they did not offer hot breakfast given it is considered a “plus” hotel . Provided granola bars, low quality packaged muffins, coffee and juice.

I was disappointed that this hotel did not still provide free breakfast. The coupon for an appy in the steak house was appreciated though.
I have a plugin hybrid vehicle which requires a common 3 pronged plug for overnight charging. This was not available. I have stayed at the Best Western in Vernon and not only did they have a plug for my vehicle, they also had 4 level 2 chargers for fully electric vehicles to use free of charge

Staff (Alvin) was very friendly and shared all the details we need to know. They arranged what I requested. We are very thankful. The room is very clean, even has special note to the guest. Very closed to the city center and restaurants. Will stay here again for sure.
