This historic little hotel in Terrace has its quirks, but the staff are amazing. So kind and attentive. During my week long stay, they didn't hesitate to put me on a higher floor with a nicer view since it was going to be a home-away-from-home for a full week. The complimentary breakfast became a lovely start to my days; someone to make you a bespoke omelette or scrambled eggs with sides and lots of homey touches with fruit yogurts and your choice of breads and spreads with good coffee freshly brewed. Just the right mix of self-serve with someone making you a hot meal if you liked to feel like homey luxury - on the house! The hotel manager always checked-in with me after breakfast to make sure my stay was going well. Clean and well-maintained, courteous staff and management who always solve your problem and greet you with a smile. Highly recommend!

the staff were helpful and polite. the room was properly clean. Only hotel in Canada that i have actually had an omelette made to order at a continental breakfast.

It’s was ok , not the greatest best western we have stayed in.
Just couldn’t figure out the very stupid
TV set up
Called the front desk for help was told the guy would be there in a few minutes, never showed up.you should have written instructions for us not to smart older people

The hotel staff are very professional & friendly. The hotel room was nice. They had a great breakfast that was included in the price.
The staff in breakfast area was very engaged, they came to ask how my stay was, how my food was.
Over all I will return to Best Western because of the great service from all departments

I found the service exceptional. The property is a good budget property with a reasonable breakfast. However, unlike most it has an omelette counter for fresh omelettes that are excellent.
