The rooms are nice. Th area around the hotel is attractive.
Few things that I did't like:
1. Thre was no cofee for the the cofee machine in the room. When I asked at the reception, I was told that it isordered and will arrive in tomorrow (just when we willcheck out).
2. The breakfast officially begins only at 8:00. There are basic food avalible from 7:00. The breakfast offering is not very appetizing.
3. The control for the heater / air conditiner in the room was broken.

There was a problem with the reservation but it is not the hotel's fault, but Hotels.com that apparently has recurring issues with the premises perhaps poor communication.
We had to wait a while, but the gentleman at the reception was helpful in resolving the matter.
The room was clean and and very comfortable. WiFi slow everywhere. The food was ok, but our server was excellent and very professional unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but thank you.

When we got there friday night, the elevator was not working, and did not work all weekend. The room was very clean but we had no room service( nobody to clean or refresh the room, towels we were there 3 nights) Diner at the restaurant was good friendly, but our breakfeast experience was not so great: breakfeast sandwich ( ham, egg and muffin bread ) was past date and greenish on the side+ please pay attention on the microwave that was not very clean. The hotel seems to be undergoing some changes good but don' t forget the basics in hospitality service.

We had a good stay. Beautiful location, clean room, great staff. It was off season and we’re disappointed that Facilities need work, elevator wasn’t working, pool was cool, hot tub not working, safety door latch broken. Stayed for more than one night but had to ask for clean towels.

If you expect to watch TV you’ll need an Amazon account at the minimum. We’ve been to many hotels and resort but have never not been able to watch TV. The only staff that tried to help us was new, in training and had no idea if this was normal. After hours of unsuccessful attempts we were unable to use the TV and they didn’t even offer to move us to another room. He this is how the TVs work, I would expect a working TV when paying almost $200 a night, unbelievable.

This property “OBrians North” is conveniently located directly across from the chairlifts and the Black Donald pub. However the groomers are noisy through the night and the adjoining walls are paper thin.
The chalet had just been renovated and there are no blinds or curtains on the front,’so for anyone using the sofa bed, be prepared to be up at 5:30 am!
The amenities are great, but the pool is a little cold and the hot tub needs to be topped up.

The hotel is well located at the bottom of ski slopes. The hotel does not have any cable or staellite TV. The hotel was overcrowded, i didn't use the outdoor spa because about 20 persons and many kids were in it at all time. Breakfast was disapointing. They offer pre-wrap egg sandwich, warm bottle of juice, cereal or french toasts. On arrival, the hotel didn't have my reservation, but lady at front desk was super nice and found me a room at the rate i booked on hotel.com.

Continental breakfast could be expanded - limited options to choose from. We stayed in O’Brien’s north. Great access to the skill hill but the sound transfer with the room next door was awful. Noise could easily pass through the two hotel rooms. Staff were kind and accommodating and the ski hill is great for families. We will be back.
