I would tell people to not judge a book by its cover. Although the property looks a bit worn on the outside, it is plush and comfy on the inside. Lived up to its billing and I would stay again if I am in the area.

Great little spot close to everything with friendly, helpful staff. The room was really clean, but the bathroom was a little tired. Ok by me though because the price was right and the location was superb. Thanks!

Extremely run down. Pools of water on the carpeted floors, staff didn’t understand how to make change for their laundry (refused to exchange quarters for a Canadian dollar coin but would exchange a paper dollar for one…?), bed was hard as a rock, most outlets in the room didn’t work, most only worked if you had the bathroom fan and lights on so we had to sleep all night with them on to charge our phones

I had to buy a candle to try and get rid of the smell of pot-urine-mold-the ad on Expedia is not the same as the building - drunks partying outside the room - not at all worth $200 per night they should of paid me to stay there

This hotel was definitely not as I expected. First parking was a nightmare. The only door to the facility was the front door that did not even open all the way the bathroom sink was cracked, and overall the room was dirty the staff and the bed and bed linens were excellent though.
I was supposed to stay tonight and elected to leave after the first night . It just did not feel safe overall the hotel did refund my pet fee and my second night lodging when asked so that was good.

The room wasn’t clean. The shower was disgusting, mold and rust. My sock collected so much debris from the floor. Numerous addicts outside the building. No AC. The room had a floor stand fan that’s it. I do not recommend.

the area was filled with hookers and druggies, the building was borderline pay by the hour, I had been in a tent fir 2 weeks and I would have been more comfortable in it and felt safer. we left at 2 am because of the noise and overheated room

Adequate for the price but there are better options in the same neighbourhood. It's a dusty, shabby hotel that needs more TLC. Beds and bath were clean. My room was frigidly cold in July, and coffeemaker was broken.
