Super helpful and accommodating front desk and cleaning staff. Expedia botched my first booking and refused to correct it. The front desk realized this caused me issues and went out of the way to make sure I was able to have a bed.

The sofa bed as dirty. They brought clean linens after complaining but left them for me to make up the bed. The plumbing was so loud I heard others taking showers until 10:00pm and later.

Book the room advertised as room with jetted tub. They have them powered off and inform they are only a hot tub, lol.
There is no coffee. None. Just in room single serve coffee maker. Not even the lobby. I had never stayed at a hotel they does not provide morning coffee.
The lounge area above the pool is locked out. No where to sit outside of your room (badly stained clothed sofa), or at the lobby desk.
No public washroom in common area. You have to leave a steamer in your room with family or other guest in your room.
Wifi was good. AC unit worked good.
Ok for a simple overnight stay. If visiting the area, I would advise to stay elsewhere

Good temperature control in room. Comfortable bed. Nice view from window. Easy to park. Relatively quiet. Front desk staff very efficient. Housekeeping did not have the room ready on time. 3pm check in time. Room not ready till 3:15pm. Otherwise, wonderful stay. Thank you.

A cut toenail came out of the jets when we turned on the tub
The flood light outside made our room so bright it felt like daylight outside and tricked my brain into waking up at 2am.
The blanket on one of the beds had a big white smear of something on the top. I hope it was only toothpaste.
The air conditioner wouldnt stay running. I couldnt open the window for safety reasons as it was by an exit/high traffic and there was no lock to keep it open just a little bit.
The fridge had a high pitched whine but I couldnt unplug it for fear that the giant ice buildup in the freezer would thaw and water would leak.
The waterslide was awesome for my kids and probably the best one theyve gone on at any hotel yet.

We found the pool area not to be the cleanest , and the rooms were a little dirty and a litty outdated for the money that you pay. Not the most friendly staff either.
Besides that our vacation is what we make of it, we had fun exploring the town and eating at the local pizza place.

Crow nest on the north side entrance, they are aggressive. Staff not very informative at first, had to ask them about pretty much everything but then they were good. Average room, not as clean as it could have been but it was acceptable.

Booked this room online through Expedia. I had added that we would have a small dog. When we arrived, they told me that they would have to move us to a dog friendly room which would be more money, then on top of that I was charged $25 per day for having a dog. Then the room we got is poor. The general condition was poor, bath tap leaked a lot, no privacy drapes so you couldn't open the heavy drapes without having the people in the room across looking into yours. For our last day, the TV stopped working so they transferred us to a new room which was far better. I guess this is the plight of travelling with a dog, you may end up always getting the poor room and paying more for it.

Clean standard room but way too expensive. Room was stuffy, air con shut off constantly throughout the night. King bed had two flat standard pillows. Got more pillows delivered to room but half didn’t have pillowcases on them. There was one bedside light to light the entire room. It just seems like nobody cared about the place.
