So we travelled with dog, from Penticton. They gave us a bowl, towel, frisbee, dog treat and dog bags. So adorable! I appreciate this little touch. Beds were comfy. Room did what we needed for the 16 hours we needed it! Thank you.

Good 2 night stay except toilet wasn't flushing properly and was woken up at 5:30am Sunday by a bus in the parking lot that started its engine and left it running until it left at 6:00am.

I had eye surgery and was not feeling well at all, we got in and had turned on the heat, we thought there was a helicopter over the building when we realized it was not that but the heating system,, with a bit of fiddling my husband managed to get it to not sound off on us, however the room was chilly. I did mention it to the front staff and she asked me if we called down, I told her I was not well, I could not have been able to be hauled out of my room at midnight nor would it have been a situation where I would want someone trauding around the room going in and out at the time. I needed to get to the doctors office by 8 am and needed to rest. The receptionist offered a free coffee, it was not what I needed. She was very friendly and I dont fault her for trying. We will not stay again

The reason the grade fell to average is not that we did not get a room upgrade. It is that we got a DOWNGRADE. we paid for a room with a separate sofabed and sitting area and were downgraded to a smaller space with only 2 beds. This is not what we paid for.

Actually most of the stay was good but the toilet was running every 5 minutes. We pit with it the first night then I let front desk know the problem and asked them to send someone ip to fix it. We were out for the day and assimed it was fixed but when we got home later in the night it was still the same problem otherwise it was good but when u hear the toilet run the whole night not acceptable
