Great hotel, friendly staff, restaurants within walking distance, easy to find, clean spacious room. Very quiet and bed and sheets very cozy

The hotel is very clean and most of the staff were great. Our room was excellent, new carpet and nice bathroom. We had a problem with our reservation and the hotel billed us even though we prepaid for the room. Took a bit more than i thought was reasonable to get it sorted out. I am still not confident that the extra charge won't post to my credit card. Even though the property was excellent, I am not likely to stay here again.

we had a very nice quiet stay.
the hockey team from Edmonton were on the same floor as us and were very respectful and we never heard them all night. and the same at breakfast.
Thanks for the stay and we will be back again soon.

they should say that the beds are quite high. A short person cant get up on the bed without a step stool and somebody older definately would not be able to. liked the hotel but would not stay there again. I am short and had to sleep in the chair
