Great hotel!
Positives: location-close to The CAT ferry loading area, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, nice shower, free breakfast with a variety of items…hot cooked or grab and go, wonderful service at the front desk and in the cafe for breakfast, helpful staff
Negative: no elevator so if there are no vacancies on the first floor, it’s a little hike upstairs (only 2 floors)…the staff member at the front desk did ask if we needed assistance with our luggage which was considerate of him

Convenient to the ferry
The wheelchair ramp at the entrance is the width of the door. Stepping out with 3 water bottles, I hit the edge of the ramp, twisting my ankle, falling, hurting my wrist and scraping my knees

If you need a bed and fair breakfast this is what you need. Basics are all there. Not a spa. Not spa prices. Staff was great and bed was comfortable. Nuff said.

No elevator. Couldn’t find a wifi password. No end table on my side of bed. Very inconvenient for clock, glasses, water bottle. There’s a closet there which makes getting in and out of bed awkward.
Won’t stay here again.

Room was fine. I liked my bed but my wife had the other double & didn’t like hers. There was only one chair & we wanted to watch the football game. I asked front desk if I could borrow another chair for a couple of hours. The breakfast room had lot’s unused but she wouldn’t let me take one.

Property is clean, quiet (despite being on a main road) and staff is VERY friendly. The hotel just looks a bit tired especially the exterior. Our bottom floor room smelled musty. Time to replace the carpets. Breakfast was good.

The staff were very, very pleasant. The room had a nightlight for the bathroom, which waa a very nice touch and not something we had deen before in a hotel room. Even a housekeeping staff member aaked me how we liked the room. That tells me that the culture amongst the staff is "guest centric". Absolutely recommend this hotel.
