This hotel is in a great downtown location, just a 10 minute walk from the bars. It’s a very nice place. We didn’t spend enough time there to use the facilities, but the room was beautiful.

The staff were extremely friendly and went the extra mile to upgrade my room to a Junior Suite!!
The waitresses at the restaurant were so nice as well!!
Will definitely visit again in the future!!

This was our first stop in Newfoundland, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. It was a short walk to shopping and dining. Will stay here again.

Great location and comfortable beds. We waiting a little bit at the check in counter when we arrived as the customer service representative was out helping a customer at the parking lot.

The hotel was at the end of a 2 week trip around NFLD, mostly staying in Airbnbs, so we we worried about 3 nights in a hotel room, but it was spacious and clean and in a great location to get out and explore. Wonderful shower (great water pressure!) and comfy beds. The reception was super friendly every time we came and went, so we always felt welcome.

Convenient location in Downtown St. John's. Front desk was very friendly and hospitable - it seems like everyone in Newfoundland is honestly! Nice property and enjoyed the room a lot. We had a view of the harbor but do expect that there will be large shipping vessels and equipment so it won't be as picturesque as expected but you get a great view of the harbor and Signal Hill and it was pretty entertaining to look out the window. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room was clean.
