Disorganized Front-desk staff; their promises are very lossy; I advise double-confirmation

The parking lot is under construction and very hard to maneuver.

Parking was across the street from the hotel.

Très bel établissement, - pour l’accueil mention excellent aux femmes, celle de l’accueil de notre premier jour et celle du samedi 30 au matin. Moins bien pour le jeune homme le 30 en soirée 18h. - très bien pour la chambre sauf le matelas beaucoup trop mou et la Clim bruyante. Tout le reste top ! - petit déjeuner très bon

Very well maintained property. Stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay.

Great location, helpful staff, clean and quiet.

We loved our room looking out over the harbour. I liked that we could open our window for fresh air. The decor seemed new and fresh and suited the area. Bed was comfortable too.

Not particularly well located.

First, the positives - location (downtown area with access to numerous restaurants, the harbour, some quaint shops), room was spacious (junior suite), clean, staff were great from the front desk to dining). Internet was good. Bed relatively comfortable. Included breakfast was great. The negatives - minimal storage in the room, furniture not overly comfortable. Parking was extra and convenient but they provide parking to all that request it but have limited convenient parking. We encountered one evening where we had to park on the street because there were no parking spots left in the lot. This is normally a night issue but it changed the way we went out at night using taxis instead of our rental car. An easy fix for the hotel to maintain #’s of active parking permits and not sell beyond capacity. We were also there during a busy week but no excuses. Overall, good stay but could be better.

Breakfast was great, clean well appointed room. Bed could be a little more comfortable but wasn’t bad. Staff was friendly went above and beyond to help us out when our luggage was delayed. Would love to stay here again when we visit St.Johns!

Great location

Good spot close to downtown and George street. Room felt a bit damp but it is across the street from the port. Only real downside is parking is limited and you have to pay for a pass that may or may not be of use based on if the lot is full or not.
