This was our first time in Whistler, and truly enjoyed our time at The Crystal Lodge. The staff were helpful and accommodating and helped make our stay great. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the village, and just minutes from the lifts. We will certainly stay here again when we return.

Excellent location, everything in Whistler is just outside your door. The suite was excellent, clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Most importantly the staff are phenomenal, our family loved our stay and cant wait to return

Although my room was a bit noisy when I was trying to sleep (I was on the main strip side), my stay was awesome! The staff was great, my room was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, pool and hot tub. I also loved how close it was to the Whistler/Blackcomb gondola.

Everything was great! Staff were friendly. Quick 3 minute walk to the Whistler Gondola, Excalibur Express.

I liked the size of the room and that there was a sink and dishes and cups. They also had good quality shampoo and other necessities. The location was good. Short walk to the lift. Didn’t like that the jacuzzi was small and got overcrowded often. The water temperature was not hot enough. More lukewarm. I loved that they had a dry sauna on site which made up for the jacuzzi issues. Everything else was great!

I have stayed many times. It is a very good hotel in a very good location. However the opening up/changes in pet policies has had a dramatic effect. There were dogs barking above my room, dogs in the lifts, dogs climbing on the furniture, and dogs constantly barking in the foyer. If I wanted dogs I would go to the pound. Im afraid youve lost me with that

Location is great, room spotless but very small. Ski rental on the premises. A bar with live band occupies the same building and can be heard in the room at night. When we complained, staff offered ear plugs! Reception lobby is impossible to find unless you have directions, or arrive by taxi. It's located behind a Restaurant in the same building. There are hidden access doors but no one told us about them.

I was so very impressed with the Crystal lodge. Our room remained impeccably clean the entire week. The staff was so friendly and helpful with every single thing. My husband lost his wedding ring, and they helped us locate it. Thank you so much.

Was the perfect place for a fun birthday celebration for a few days of walking around Whistler and doing many things that Whistler has to offer. Excellent location to access everything, and the staff & hotel accommodations could not be better..!

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, right in the center of the village. The old spaghetti factory was right down stairs. We were able to enjoy hot tub during the cold weather. Though had to pay extra for parking, but would highly recommend staying at this place.
