Crystal Lodge

Great location and easy access to ski lifts, shops, and restaurants. The ski valet is very helpful, the rooms are nice, and there is plenty of parking. I especially like that EV's can charge for free if you bring your own plug.

The Crystal Lodge is a convenient location to both mountains. Situated in the village, you can walk to shops and restaurants. No need for a car. The price is fantastic. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very nice. The staff are very helpful and I would definitely return for a stay here.

The Crystal Lodge is the perfect place to stay for a weekend skiing! We were so close to the ski lifts, and the free ski valet at the hotel was amazing. Can’t forget about the hot tub after a big day hitting the slopes as well. 10/10

We came to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday for the night, which I explicitly mentioned in my booking. When they confirmed my reservation, they mistakenly thought it was my birthday. I corrected them, and they assured me they noted this on their end. However, when we arrived at our room, there was a birthday message addressed to me instead of my partner. Additionally, no one offered to help us with our luggage, so my partner borrowed one of their luggage carts to make it easier to bring our bags to our room. We had to do the same when we were leaving, as no assistance was offered again. Furthermore, the thermostat in our room wasn't working properly. My partner talked to a few staff members about it, but no solution was offered, leaving us quite cold while trying to sleep. Thankfully, there was an extra blanket available. Overall, our stay was just okay, and did not quite meet our expectations for such a special occasion.

I would stay here over the fairmount any day, these people know what they are doing.

The property grounds are very nice and comfy. Our family enjoyed every bit of it.

This was our first time in Whistler, and truly enjoyed our time at The Crystal Lodge. The staff were helpful and accommodating and helped make our stay great. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the village, and just minutes from the lifts. We will certainly stay here again when we return.

Excellent location, everything in Whistler is just outside your door. The suite was excellent, clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Most importantly the staff are phenomenal, our family loved our stay and cant wait to return

Although my room was a bit noisy when I was trying to sleep (I was on the main strip side), my stay was awesome! The staff was great, my room was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, pool and hot tub. I also loved how close it was to the Whistler/Blackcomb gondola.

Everything was great! Staff were friendly. Quick 3 minute walk to the Whistler Gondola, Excalibur Express. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the size of the room and that there was a sink and dishes and cups. They also had good quality shampoo and other necessities. The location was good. Short walk to the lift. Didn’t like that the jacuzzi was small and got overcrowded often. The water temperature was not hot enough. More lukewarm. I loved that they had a dry sauna on site which made up for the jacuzzi issues. Everything else was great!

Have stayed here before and love the little kitchenette area as well as the spacious rooms.
