We rented the suite and it did not dissapoint. The extra room, nice balcony, great staff and stellar village location just made it fantastic.

As a local and pet owner this is by far my favourite hotel. The pool is south facing so all day sun, they welcome large breed dogs and they always leave you alone. The parking and location are SUPER convenient. Sure I’ve stayed everywhere in Whistler but the 4 Seasons is too far and I like the affordability of Crystal for what you get. 10/10 for a local, reasonable stay. It’s across from Vodka Room and attached to Buffalo Bills and about 3-5 min walk to Longhorn. Bonus: I get my spa treatments at Whistler Day Spa (at Pan Pacific, walking distance 5 mins and right beside Earls!) Enjoy your stay!

The property is located in an amazing location but it is facing buffalo bills. Very, very loud!!! Ask to be facing the village as it is probably better. Also keep in mind that most rooms do NOT have balconies. Not clearly stated in expedia. We were in cornern of building so we faced our neighbors. NO PRIVACY! Overall room was clean and updated. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

Staff was snotty especially the lady during our stay. The separate use of elevators for the "high paying guests" vs average paying guess is very discriminatory in my opinion. I have stayed at the Four Seasons and they don't even have that separation. The rooms are all in one building. It was not like I only paid $100 for my room. The parking sucks and very tight. I was not pleased at all.

The internet was slow and kept going in and out. The tv didn’t work well with the picture pixelating all the time.

Location excellent for biker, 5min. Walk to lift, bike shop just outside hotel exit, washer and dryer on each floor, bike concierge in lobby, easy safe over night storage. One down side no bike wash station, just did the washing at the lift area no biggie
All my needs were right at my finger tips. Perfect!

I would definitely recommend the stay and it is really in the heart of the village.lodge is better than it looks like in the photos.
You can choose crystal lodge above any hotel in the village.

Spotlessly clean, modern, excellent housekeeping with various amenities e.g. hotel slippers, ear plugs, bathrobe etc.. Room with one queen bed rather small. Parking rather expensive with 34 CAN Dollar. Free overnight parking e.g. Convention center close by.
