We wete very disappointed that the suite we booked had been bumped down to a regular room, there were childten running up and down the halls, banging doors, even after i called the front desk. The power went out for 10 hours and we lost all use of wifi, fan, lights, tv, hotel phone. Very disappointed in the bed and pilliws...very hard on our backs and pillows werent fluffy.

Seemed like the room was not deep cleaned the tv remotes were so greasy and the blow dryer had some unknown brown residue on it.. the tvs and cable boxes weren’t plugged in. Dining Chairs had unknown stains on them. Also the elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor so had to carry luggage up. Other than that a very very basic hotel stay

This was terrible we get there after flying in from Florida to Halifax then we had to drive to Oromocto with 10 days of luggage and the elevator was broken. They wanted to put us on the third floor, they put us on the second but still terrible they we had to carry luggage up two flights!

The elevator was broken. My grandson who can't walk and myself that has mobility restrictions had to climb the stairs with no assistance from staff. We had a lot of luggage to take up and down. I was offered a no charge if i wanted to go somewhere else. They knew the elevator has been out-of order for months and waited until i arrived to say anything. The room was a great size, breakfast was just okay. If in a pinch i would go back but not likely

We were traveling with a baby and dog so didn’t have very many options but Elevator wasn’t working and despite the hotel being essentially empty they still put us on third floor, entire hotel has an old Musty smell. Not very accommodating, we had asked for a late check out and they wouldn’t consider it.
Continental breakfast was good but that is really the only positive.
