The fellow at the desk, Max, was amazing to deal with. He was so patient and kind. He even had an encounter with a woman who was hell bent on being miserable from the word go. She treated him so poorly yet he displayed and maintained stellar customer service skills even when most people would have called her out on it. Thank you Max!

We stayed in the executive suite. Very spacious, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the jet tub and fireplace! It was well worth the price we paid! We will most likely stay here again in the future!

Rooms are dated, they have renovated but the bones are still old. Plumbing was leaking and elevator was down. Only one staircase available.

We were not told that the elevator was not in service. Suffering from a foot injury, staying on 2nd floor was difficult.

We really like staff and location. Rooms are very clean. Disappointed with elevator being down again! Love the pool but it was a little chilly! Wish there were more food options. Overall, it was a good experience.

Elevator out of service. Simple continental breakfast, complimentary. Asian restaurant on site. Hockey tournament in town so lots of kids running around. Pool is very cold.

Upon entering the hotel there were buckets lined up due to leaks. Check in was good however, staff informed me that elevator was broken and asked if I was told about that….i was not. It wasn’t an issue for my family but I could see that being a huge problem for people with mobility issues and disabilities. Rooms are outdated and could use an upgrade but overall the room was fine. Beds were comfortable which is a huge plus for me. The pool was excellent. My family enjoyed it. It wasn’t busy at all during march break. It was also very quiet which is another huge bonus for me! So overall it was a good experience and I would stay here again.

The buffet was terrible! There was hardly any food out.
More problem than the food...the elevator was not working indefinitely. I had just had a knee replacement six weeks ago and I had to walk up the stairs which killed me. I want a refund.

When I've arrived, I was told that the elevator was out of service. Not a big deal, however, they have 2 elevators and both of them were out of services for 2 years. I saw elderly people with cans trying going up those stairs. This is not good. I'm assumed, to be the only hotel in town, why pay to fix the elevator. My son lives there and the next time I will stay in Fredericton. My room had a rip sofa, stains everywhere, broken drawers .

The room itself was very nice, we were able to check in upon arrival but when we got to the room it was still being cleaned, the lady did a great job cleaning it under pressure to her credit. The elevator was out of service which is a major pain when your on the 4th floor and 4 suitcases.
