Amazing hotel at a great price. We had a room with 4 Queen beds, and it was huge! The staff were friendly, hotel is clean. Nice pool and hot tub.

When checking in, nobody was at the front desk. Waited a while for staff. The young girl working was incredibly friendly and efficient. On arrival to our room, there were not enough towels for our family. The jets in the jetted tub had visible mildew/mold. The bottom of one of the toilets had pee on it. The garbage cans still had garbage in them. The ladies bathroom at the pool was dirty, had no toilet paper or paper towel. The men’s bathroom was quite dirty with an overflowing broken toilet. Other guests warned us that they had been refused additional towels for the pool, their room had not been cleaned in the 3 nights they’d been there. One staff told another that if their room key didn’t work, you could just pull really hard and the door would open without it. There was construction going on in the property (which we were not aware of upon booking) and we had to take our toddler and baby outside and walk around the property to go to the pool or to eat.

Renovations were happening, our hallway was blocked off so we had to leave tge building if we wanted to go to the pool, terrible. Was told i was going to be given a discount since we stayed for 3 nights, but wasn’t given the discount. So disapointed, Probably wont be going again.

The front desk staff was really nice. The room was wheelchair accessible. The lights didn't work properly. The electrical sockets didn't work properly either. The front desk did eventually bring an extension cord to plug my CPAP mask in. The other issue, there was only 1 face cloth and 2 towels for 3 people. After the second request they brought us more towels. The breakfast was really good.

The service by the staff was really nice but the keys didn’t work most the time and I had to activate my key multiple times. I also found a Burger King crown in our lamp shade. There were no pool towels available. There was also no spare toilet paper so I had to ask front desk for another roll.
I do want to say the gentleman working the front desk was very wonderful and accommodating for the things I needed.

Doors slam like crazy. Need to be adjusted to close quieter. The slamming doors literally shook our room and made the room rattle. Delt with slamming doors and extrramly loud kids and adults running and hollaring in the halls until midnight and started back up at 6am our whole stay. No postings of quiet time. Place was a zoo. Less then 6hrs of sleep for us the whole stay. Our room did not get made up the second day here. We ran out of toilet paper. Went to the front desk 6 times only to find large crowds there every time and only one person at the desk.
