The floor we were on was under construction and masonry garbage was all along the edge of the halls. Patio door was unlocked going out to the parking lot. No wash cloths or hand towels. When they brought us them, there was only only one washcloth and there were 2 of us. I think there should have been a discount if they were going to keep the floor open during construction. Day bed was in poor shape

This property is convenient location. Desk person was pleasant. As we got to second floor the smell was not good at all. Piles of bags of garbage lining the halls. We got to our room and it smelled just as bad. We were then put into a room in first floor. Ass soon as we opened door it was very apparent it was used for smoking. Renovations or not this was very disappointing

When we arrived we were apprehensive, it looked more like a motel than a hotel, with outdoor entrances to the rooms. However, we entered the lobby & it seemed fine. We were checked in promptly & went to our room. We were told to enter door 1. Door 1 was propped open with an ice bucket, I didn't move the ice bucket because the push bar on the door was installed upside down & I couldnt tell if the door would even open if it was closed properly. The stairwell was full of buckets of paint. We entered the hallway and it was disgusting. The floor trim was completely ripped off, there was paint all over the carpet, I mean I understand if you are renovating, but you need to notify your guests before they book & the price needs to reflect the condition of the hotel. We entered our room & it seemed fine at first glance, but the bathroom had not been updated & there was black mould in the corner of the shower. There was one bath towel, no face cloths. We requested more towels & they quickly sent 2 more towels, but they did not have face cloths at all. FACE CLOTHS ARE NOT OPTIONAL IN A HOTEL. We quickly realized that we were in the part of the hotel where long term residents lived. Our neighbor was blasting music, the walls were super thin, many resident had "occupied" signs taped to their door. Our patio door went out to the parking lot & it was noisy the whole time with people coming & going. The fridge was so loud we had to unplug it. Definitely will not be staying here again.

No towels where send

You get up in the morning to go to your car and you find someone sleeping on the floor in the entrance in the back of the hotel. Very disappointed and felt unsafe.

Unsafe, drug addicted people and homeless people with erratic behaviors and yelling throughout the night

Room was clean, halls and lobby were under par although they were renovating.

Cleanliness was an issue, garbage everywhere outside. As a single woman staying by myself, I did not feel safe in the room itself. The door latch was broken off so I couldn’t completely lock my door, and during the night I had stranger banging on my room door. Will not be going back there. Will not recommend.

Checked in with my daughter we grabbed our stuff and went to the door to go in. The glass door was shattered. Looking through the door there was garbage all Down the hallways. A man with only pajama pants was wandering down the hall clearly Drunk and high. We did not feel safe, and chose not to stay.

Will stay again

I would’ve preferred to sleep in my vehicle. Room and halls were beyond filthy. Hole above air conditioning unit leading to outside.

Overall terrible experience. I was there for one night with a friend and her daughter taking in a concert at a local venue. The hotel is clearly under construction, the halls littered in drywall dust and the occasional beer can. Room numbers printed on pieces of paper and taped to the door. You could tell the main area of the room had been “updated” however, the washroom was hopefully still “under construction” with peeling ceilings and walls, and a tub that no matter how hard you scrubbed it looked dirty. To make matters worse the walls are paper thin and our neighbours decided to scream at the top of their lungs until 4am and were able to without interruption from the desk staff. Although friendly, the desk staff seemed very disengaged and did not even bother to ask how the stay was. It was as if they knew. Over all, the location was good for what we needed it for, but it was not worth the money and I would definitely not stay there again.

Way over priced for the conditions. Booking did not state that the property was under renovations. Renovation materials were lying in the halls, there was dust everywhere and hallway carpets were not vacuumed the entire two days we stayed there. The door nearest to our room was broken, the blackout liner for our curtains was shredded and therefore ineffective. The couple in the adjoining room next to ours argued loudly over their TV that was blaring all weekend. We called the front desk at 3 am to complain about the noise.

Very sketchy. What is ACTUALLY happening at this place? We got to our room and it had none of the necessities for us. No: toilet paper, tissue paper, towels, face cloths, hand soap etc. I called and requested some toilet paper and was told they were on their way to bring it to our room and we never received it. There was a man crawling on the outside of our balcony railing then he jumped into the dumpster and scurried off. The heat didn’t have a temp. gauge was unable to turn it down. The floors were very dirty. Not washed or vacuumed. The entire place feels like you’re walking through an abandoned hotel that was going through construction but was not completed.

We stayed in the lower level as we needed a pet friendly room, The hotel is very old and the hallways are dirty and have garbage in them most of the time and the smell is awful. The beds are hard and half of the outlets don't work in the room.
