I was visiting Nanaimo for 2 nights and this was my second stay at the hotel. Both times staff were friendly and efficient during Check In. The room was very clean (especially the bathroom), the AC was very cold which was was needed this week and the fresh continental breakfast and coffee was delicious and convenient for me during my stay in the city for business.

Days Inn was a great spot. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Scott at front desk took exceptional care of us and accommodated us. He was very considerate and attentive. I would stay here again!

Lots of sports teams use the hotel in July - usually not a problem - this year the hallways were a little noisy with preteens roaming between their rooms.

The room was nice, clean the only downside was the presence of fruit flies. Staff was fine, they were polite, just not welcoming. The woman in the breakfast room was lovely, she was both polite and welcoming. Service was good, premises are showing a lot of wear and tear.

The only thing I didn't like was all the noisy children in the pool or hot tub. However, I realize they were there for some sports tournaments and they were doing what children do. Unfortunately, my husband and I were tired and didn't want to wait until later in the evening to visit the pool area. The halls were quiet.

2 wet towels from the previous guest still hanging behind bathroom door. Visiting lacrosse teams from out of town resulted in groups of extremely noisy teenagers running up and down the halls all night and early the nest morning. I complained to front desk upon leaving and was ignored and told not to worry about it. I did worry about it as I got no sleep! Poor service indeed considering a bill for $356.00!!!
