Great location.
Parking was easy and spacious.
My only negative is my tv volume was stuck at 49. Too loud to enjoy watching an action movie.

Service reçu impeccable, tous les employés etaient vraiment souriants , étaient à l ecoute et prenaient soin de nous. Emplacement proche de plusieurs choses au centre ville, et on peut marcher et visiter les alentours facilement (parlement , senat ,... )

Online check in prior to arrival is slick, easy and convenient…. Made physical check in quick and seamless…. Great feature…. Our room was clean…. No recycling bins in the room…. The tv remote did not work. 👎

The hotel was okay. I would not recommend this hotel to people I know. The hotel is very dated. Our room seem dimly lit. There was not a lot of water pressure and the shower curtain rod was not very secure.

The booking process was horrible. I didn't receive all the necessary information about the booking finalization and I was kept at the lobby for 3 hours waiting for my boss to confirm he is actually the one who is paying for the trip

The room rate was good, cheapest in the area. The rooms were clean. Unfortunately one room were we stayed, the door lock does not lock. The second room, the AC/heater unit was noisy due to a mechanical noise from a worn out part “squicky noise”. The reception did not provided us a parking tag on our car that caused us a parking ticket. Well maybe we could not complain much because we probably got what we paid for compared to the other hotels around the area. Would we stay there again, we would spend a little bit more for a better hotel.

All sites listing this hotel state breakfast included. I chose this property for that reason. Very disappointed in this. I would have stayed at another hotel closer to my conference venue if I knew breakfast was on my own. Please update your listing to stop lying.

The room could use some updates. The bathroom had what looked like black mould around the sink counter. You could hear a lot of noise coming from the rooms above us.

The main door of the hotel was broken and they mentioned its free parking in the website but they did charge me for the parking.
The room, non of the side lamps or head lamps were working. The room is very congested and poorly managed. The TV was blocking the washroom door, we have to re arrange the TV to use the washroom. The iron stand was poorly placed it dropped over the coffee machine at night giving us a terrible feeling.

Arrived at 4pm (2hrs after check in time) and had to wait another 45 mins while several others checked in. Booked a 2 queen room and got a 2 double room. Bathroom stunk. Just not a great experience, will not return. Did get to see a wild turkey in tbe parkjng lot, tbat was pretty cool

Overall a good place to stay in downtown Ottawa. Close to everything. Area is sketchy at night time though.
