Clean and serene environment, the staff were very helpful.
Location is not good for a tourist because of the distance from the important places to visit in Montreal. Very close to the airport.

I thought the staff were really great and I liked that the free breakfast had fresh berries! The airport shuttle was more organized than most and he actually left a few min early which is not something I’ve experienced anywhere else!

The hotel was outdated, but clean. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. I appreciate always seeing someone at the front desk.
Good location, walking distance from a Tim Hortons and Moxi’s.
What was unpleasant is common areas where not managed. There were children running around wildly all over throughout 3 days. Parents didn’t mange it, but neither the staff.

I was really looking forward to going for a swim in your pool. It was a very hot days and basically that is why I booked with your hotel. We were denied, even though we were adults because there were children in the building. I think I sign stating NO MINORS ALLOWED would have done the trick. No effort was made to send us to another pool was made. It is advertised that you have a pool so to me that is false advertising.
The room was fine but I think in future I will make sure I am getting everything that is advertised before I book anywhere.

The Pool was not available due to the fear of liable issues because other parent's cannot take care of their kids.

When we booked about a month in advance, the hotel was advertised as having a pool. We specifically picked this hotel so the kids could go swimming, instead of a different hotel that said their pool was unavailable.
Upon checking in, we were told the pool was not available. No compensation was offered at check-in or when paying at check-out. Of course, now their website says the pool isn't available, but it's too late for them to tell us that.
The TV also kept losing connection - it would freeze for about 5 seconds every 5-10 minutes.

There were non-functional things in the room and not enough lemons for he bed. The main issue was many of the amenities advertised- pool, gym, laundry - were not available. This seemed to be because the place was being used to house refugees. Nothing against refugees, but it would have been good to know in advance since we chose the site because of amenities.

I chose the King Bed option so I did like the larger room and the bed was very comfortable. I did like choice of the pillows with some very soft to firm.
I had dinner at the Keg restaurant last night and it was fantastic with friendly staff.
It’s to early for breakfast but I know from experience I will have several options.

The refugee families that stay there were openly smoking "shisha/hooka" pipes in their rooms with the doors open. Some were cooking fish in their rooms. I was worried the smoke would come in my room and I would be charged a cleaning fee so I had to stuff a towel under the door. People were in the halls until midnite. Didn't really feel safe.
