Always a great stay for the price. Really hard to complain for a $104 tax. Rooms are clean, brekky is free with options, staff is friendly, loads of parking, accommodated my pregnant wife for first floor to make it easier on her with stairs. All in and as always great. 🙂

The coffee pot should be wiped down, the grout lines on the bathtub surround should be cleaned and behind the door wiped down. Sheets/blankets were clean & white. Furnishings were in good condition. Had a lot of difficulty getting the TV to work, but staff were very helpful.

The staff was amazing, really friendly. However, the last couple days i was there the hall was extremely loud, drilling holes in the wall right outside my room. Made for not a very enjoyable experience when recovering from major surgery. Wife did not appreciate the icebox they had set aside for the fitness room. Small, cold and not a dumbbell in sight.

I liked that the hotel was central in the city.
The room had no fan in the bathroom therefore your room partner had to share the odours left behind by any other guest sharing the room.
Television was broken and had to be replaced with another one.
Beds were clean.
Had to pay an extra $50 per night so my little dog could stay with us.

The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Wifi worked well.
Rooms are very old and dingy. Beds were comfy. Bedding and some towels had stains on them. You could hear your next door neighbour very clearly.
Breakfast food was good but they ran out of juice drinks. They didnt have any fruit out to grab a banana etc
